    General Terms & Conditions
  1. All offers should be in Indian Rupees and should include all taxes
  2. Offer validity should for 3 months from the date of opening the quotation
  3. VAT / Service Tax Registration / Income Tax PAN number should be mentioned
  4. Client references and contract details for similar works executed in the past should be mentioned.
  5. Pharmexcil reserves the right to split the job work to two or more parties without assigning any reasons.

EVENT BACKGROUND
Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council (Pharmexcil) is organising their fourth edition of IPHEX 2016 in Mumbai and seeks Proposals for Stand Contractor services.
IPHEX 2016 will have 300 + exhibitors and 800 International buyers are expected to visit the event. Over 5000 Indian visitors will be attending IPHEX 2016.

Quotation is required for Exhibition and Visitor Registration services
Area Exhibition will be organised in the following Halls 1 and 2.

 

To provide Exhibitor and Visitor Registration Services as follows:

  1. To create a compatible and multiple user software to provide exhibitor and visitor registration services.
  2. To design and create onsite registration forms
  3. For online and exhibitor registrations, the contractor shall prepare the badges and keep them ready for issue on site / delivery before the start of the event.
  4. For onsite registrations, the contractor shall provide the following:
  • 25 registration counters at location as specified
  • Each counter to be managed by adequate staff for form distribution and filling , form processing and badge distribution
  • Each counter should have LCD screens and computers, laser printers for badges, web camera for photographs etc
  1. The contractor shall submit registration file with all the filled in boxes on a daily basis in  a soft format .
  2. The contractor shall also provide at least 20 barcode scanners along with manpower for reading the bar codes at various entry points.
  3. To create and design badges for the following category
  • Exhibitor
  • Visitor
  • Overseas Buyer
  • Special Invitee
  • Organizer
  • Media
  • VIP
  • Services

10000 badges are expected to be used during the event. Pharmexcil reserves the right to increase / decrease the quantities and shall give the design.

Each badge should be bar coded. Lanyard and pouch cover should be of the highest quality. Lanyard will be printed with text provided by Pharmexcil.

Rates

  1. To provide software, hardware, stationery and manpower for 25 registration counters as described in 1 to 5.
